Why WWE Needs to Break Up The New Day 

They should break up but without turning on each other.....

I find it crazy how all these tag teams break up and here’s the new day going strong for as long as they’ve had

Why can’t Big E just be their manager? Also why can’t either Woods or Kofi go for singles runs again while still being in the stable?

Without E they just aren’t the same, but I don’t know if either would get any kind of push if they were split up

They do not need to break up, they can still compete as singles wrestlers and still be The New Day. Not every tag team/faction needs to have a break up for the sake of a break up. If you want to have Xavier to become a heel and go for a world title, it makes a lot of sense to have Kofi helping him.

The New Day could be made into a manager-type group for Xavier. That's the best way I see it going with Big E possibly not being cleared. I hope so much he will be back but if not then he can still be a part of this.

2:36 is a crazy thing to say because I would love Big E doing something for himself while in the new day? Gunther is in imperium and was champion by himself. Kofi was wwe champion by himself while being in the group. Just do that.

Xavier is 37 almost 38 so he won't be pushed as a superstar. He might become a solid mid-carder but that's about it.

Xavier needs to win the wwe title then triple threat with Big E returning and turning heel.

The New Day have done it all. It's time to have them part ways. By mutal respect. Or via a draft. Or a trade. Like they broke up Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. Since Big E isn't gonna return anytime soon. You can split them like that.

Never a fan of them as a group. Liked Big E as a bodyguard and Kofi as Jamaican. Xavier "Who?" Woods... yeah whatever.

If Big E returns I think he should turn heel and initially break up the New Day and later on Xaiver Woods should turn heel and join Bobby Lashley's faction. Kofi should go back to Kofi Kingston from 2013/2014 and be a major face, Big E should be a major heel and bring back his attire and theme from 2013. Xaiver Woods should be a high mid carder heel.

Turn xavier woods heel on anniversary night to elevate him and for him to garner some heat if they decide to move him up. Have him attack kofi and big e (write off big e for awhile due to his injury, like he is now), kinda like what seth rollins did to roman and dean. Woods and kofi eventually feud, with woods coming out on top and to move his way up the card to singles gold. One of the biggest heel turns in wwe history. Risky, but in my opinion it would work.

I don’t understand fans. People complaining about them breaking up tag teams. Now people want to break up the one team they never broke up. Only way I would agree with this is they break up without turning on each other.

I’m surprised they just haven’t added a new member while Big E is gone.

WwE has a bad habit of breaking up tag teams so I really do not want to see the new day break up.

They do need to but not what people think of one betrayal the other it should be a big match and it takes a Emotional toll on them and they come to an Conclusion, it's time to move on from each other. And they embrace each other and thank each other for the great memories. Has tag team partners. That's what the WWE should do as I'm tired of a team that has to break up of one, betraying the other, as it's getting played out.

The new day have always been my favourites and will always be my favourites no matter what. I can and I can’t see them breaking. I can’t as Kofi has said MULTIPLE times they will never break. Also when vince was around he wanted to break them multiple times but all 3 of them didn’t want it. But i could see it as they have been stale for over a year but i would rather that then they break. Also when you really think about it it’s always been foreshadowed for them to break up. Just think about there finishers; Big E with big ending, big ending of the group, Kofi Kingston with trouble in paradise, this could be a party for the 10 year anniversary as it would be paradise and then woods of even kofi would bring trouble to it. And even though he doesn’t use it anymore, Xavier Woods finisher used to be eat defeat but called lost in the woods as they would be lost and would fall apart. You could even say upupdowdown(Xavier Woods yt channel) could mean they go up and up and then down down. Personally I think they should have Xavier Woods win money in the bank not this year but next or after and cash in on Roman Reigns possibly if he wins back his championship as they have had a big fued in 2022. Or just cash in on any heel maybe if he gets a BIG push Solo Sikoa as new day are friends with Jey Uso. Up until he would do this they should carry on the fued with Karrion Kross and make it seem like they might break up but they dont and show they will never break. This kinda fued has happened before in 2020 with MVP when he tried to break them. They should all retire together and after woods drops the title they should win a few more titles runs and if Jey Uso turns heel and reunites with Jimmy Uso i would love to see that fued again and it a possible final match being loser leaves/retires in maybe 5 years. It could even be a mitb sort if match but they climb he big booty’os box and on top is the contract to stay

or they could just do something completely different together. A storyline much like Drew Mcintyre where they slowly lose it and become serious, dropping the positivity and become a shade darker

Or Just Don’t Break Up The Tag Team. They Can Have Singles Run & Still Be In The New Day

I don't feel a heel turn Man these guys are so damn lovable Maybe a mutual consent is the right option for them but Xavier deserves the WWE championship

I love wild afro Xavior Woods. He looks like a classic heel that turns on Kofi, after months of struggling with his own negitive thoughts about Kofi Kingston holding him back. Big E tries to keep him positive, but that ultimately causes him to believe that The New Day, the stable he created, is now holding him back. He could then walk out on The New Day on their 10 year anniversary to claim that the sun has set on The New Day.

I think they’re just too goofy with the type of talent they have, I think Xavier woods would be a great heel

No use breaking them up...Xavier is the Heath Slater of New Day...an average talent....since Big E is retired now....New Day has no juice left...its best to use them as a tag team or the remaining two just start working as a singles mid card act while ocassionally appearing as a tag team.....

How in the hell can you say the new day is the greatest tag team in WWE history? They were great for the kiddos but im a Long time fan since 2000 and this team is just PG garbage to me. Edge&Christian, Rated RKO, DX, NWO, The Hardy Brothers, The Brothers of Destruction, Road Warriors, The Dudleys, Legacy, The Shield, Nexus, Hell I think The Awesome Truth is a better tag team than The New Day. Kofi Kingston is basically the best superstar on that tag team. Xavier is complete crap and Big E is just a powerhouse he cant really do to much in the ring.

Yeah they need to go there own separate paths, since big e got injured they’ve been part timers and usually lose when they are used. They could at least win a few of the mid card titles and I can expect one of them to get drafted to nxt.

I have honestly never liked the New Day. Don't get me wrong; their ring work is great. However, I find their gimmick to be as annoying as it gets.

WWE would be a far worse product if they actually took any of your advice. Its like you are looking to create issues when its not there. NewDay does not need to breakup either. They may not be the same without Big E. But they don't NEED to break up.
