Most of my social life is on my phone Luke 20 to 30 hours a week so I only see people at church, Monday night and Wednesday night activities Tuesday is special needs institute. For 2 hours,the people I talk with in real life are my parents and sister and brother . And my grandma on the phone.
Some of my friends came to visit their families in my city. Last week they said we should go out for a bit, so I had to explain that I can't do normal stuff anymore. Despite my illnesses, that's very painful 24/7, I have not been depressed since it started in 2017.
My biggest one, when you HAVE to be more sick than everyone else, including your spouse, or, no matter the diagnosis on paper, you aren't as sick as they think you should be. Having a spouse that spent all their time trying to convince me I was dying but mad because I was too sick to travel. Live for you while you can.
