Graphic Design Owner: Give them overtime by throwing them in morning BNI groups and making them biz dev. Give them a small commission on each project they bring in.

The second guy- actually he could expense the depreciation and then lease the equipment to his company, which would create revenue. If the company who leases and uses the equipment has profits, then this would effectively reduce taxable income by creating an expense. Always speak w a CPA though. Edited to add: this is the same reason why Dave said he leases his own property to his other company 😂

That was a great save Uncle Dave! Instead of borrowing from the SBA at 8.5% Interest Charge. Just cut his dad in on the profit for the next three to four years. *Amazing Grace!

16:00 the only advantage I can think of is making the payment on the tractor note with pre tax money instead of what u pay yourself with a w2 or k1
