Honestly it would have made a lot more sense for HoYoverse to code Chevreuse to utilize a BAYONET attached to her Musket instead of a Spear. It kind of seems redundant to give her a spear when one of the purposes of a musket was to act as both a ranged and mid ranged weapon with Bayonet allowing it to be utilized for Close range also. I mean would it have killed them to use a skin and just shift stats over from the equipped spear?

Could have just pulled the og klee move and make her a catalyst user. Ffs a bow user would have also worked but a spear for a guard type character would make sence if her main defining characteristic wasnt a fucking gun
Na the biggest mistakes they made was to low ball on having everyone the same weapon. An easy fix could have been to have some sort of power you encase in your weapon, so everyone could have their own weapon and for the stats and gameplay you simply would replace the encased gem to have the stats, and then they could have sold weapon skins, some F2P and earned via gatcha, quest and stuff and some more exclusive, and boom suddenly you got something both more interesting as a gameplay AND profitable as an enterprise, but hey dont expect those greedy bastard to use their brain
@@Akaneblaze1345 this is not a matter of preference but just the way the game is coded. They would need to make an exception to their weapon classes only so that she can use a bayonet for her normal attacks.
No cause why couldn't they just make her spear shift to a musket?? Kinda like a transformer type thing. Since both the musket and spear is thin and long. Hoyo could just theoretically make the musket parts extend from the spear and retract the sharp spear point.
Want her really bad because Yae Miko, Fischl and especially Klee been my favorite characters for a long time and she will buff overload damage big time
Btw Cheveruse Overload buffs only apply in pyro, electro teams, i think, like the res shred and C6 buffs, I'll check in a while to see if we can potentially use an anemo unit with Cheveruse buffs, but I don't think we can
I know she is intended to be mostly a healer... but honestly I want to build her as a sub-dps... Suits her better I think😅 (Even though I will still gladly take the little bit of healing...)
Are you kidding me? A healer? So not only do we have only girl gunners in every game of this fantasy setting (which I'm tired of cause I want to play as a male gunner) but all gunners are support? That's load of bullsh*t!

These new characters follow the same design philosophy from the games release. When are they gonna make a truly unique char for once? This game is so barebones that a char who can burst while jumping would be a revolutionary concept. It's so sad.
And then you are as lucky as I am.... I got 6, "SIX" Bennets... 2 Swords, a bow and Raidens Fangirl... 90 Pulls and no Musket Girl for me... Oh, and I lost the 50/50...
They can't make a sacrificial spear due to lore reasons sadly, so the best they can do is make a new spear and catalyst which share a similar passive to sacrifical

I'd argue not, overload isn't that good, especially is Chev is C0, overload damage doesn't matter. Overload also has many issues of throwing enemies far away, so you need some semblance of grouping along with large AoE pyro and electric attacks (Xiangling, Raiden, Yae Cheveruse/Sucrose, at C0, Sucrose is better)
Listen iam good at theorycrafting so hear me out... Yae miko - benett - raiden - chevereuse Double pyro grants +20 attack And you get electro RES shread just by having her on the team and creating overload reaction. even if enemies get knockback from overload miko's turrets can track them. So u cast her Q reduce electo RES cast benett Q then Raiden E > Q or miko burst ...you know the rotations yall ar60 I hope the nukes will be huge. And can be comparable to kazuha swirl teams and even aggrevate teams which is currently the strongest.
Sprint + swim up with a fountain character or the traveler. Once they do the diving thing in the air, hold circle and they'll go back into the water like a dolphin. Then continue holding sprint and go up again and while in the air hold circle to dive back down
