See it as a ladder the steps are the frequencies and climbing the ladder is the vibration. You can’t change (raise) the step (frequency) all you can do is climb (vibrate) to go up, higher and higher. The frequency of sadness or happiness or peace etc always exist so all you do is vibrate from one to another to the desired frequency.
