This is definitely some kind of a sign cuz with everyone one in two person feeling like they have a mental illness (most of them also not aware) , I have no shame in disclosing I have been a patient of mental illness and it drives you crazy despite being sharp with numbers and getting good grades and all the stuff that our system teaches us or ranks us for judging our intellect …we are not taught how to take care of our mental health . I think every school and college should have this as a part of their curriculum (if the stats are true ) with all due respect to our teachers, they need to focus on teaching improving mental health and asking students that feel ashamed or pull backed by their traumas or various other factors and issues they have had to dealt with in their past. Tysm charissa for sharing such a sensitive topic and talking about it cuz believe me people like us needs it more than ever . BE KIND . Spread happiness and positivity. Hope my message reaches to anyone who’s reading this . You all are beautiful souls and almightys best creations. If anyone hasn’t asked you today , I’m asking you ARE U OKAY ? And REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT ALONE …THANKS AGAIN charissa hope you read this .
All what she's saying is true. Mental illness and depression definitely isn't somthing to be taken for granted cuz it can lead to suicidal thoughts and actually doing it!
“Learning and excelling isn’t just about the ability to take in the content at school. It’s about feeling supported by people who believe in you. It’s about feeling a sense of safety and a sense of belonging at school.” Nicely said
This was a great presentation and I often use the saying; 'it is okay that it is not okay' to try and help normalize mental health/stress issues. I would think that mental health needs to be included in family planning as much as physical health issues are included. Checking mental health is like the dentist, do a checkup especially when there is an issue. Being proactive can help us be a healthier human being in a way most of us don't even imagine.
It's very hard to be a man with Mental Illness, no one around to support or talk. It took me 2 years to over come mental illness by finding what I love not by people supporting me. Yes, it's really heart breaking and people just pass by it everday! Stay woke! ♥️🙂
I am glad you found a solution that works for you. Finding what you love is certainly not the situation for many and having support in any form, especially via a healthcare provider can help people find solutions. We can work to change our perspective and let that ripple in our communities.
We know what problem is.People need clear solution. Description is to long here. You wanted to say that people are disconnected, alone because of fear that they are separated from other. Deep feelings of separation is simple to understand why people feel bad. Not many have direct and simple solution. I found best solution in Ekam in India. Since that have focus on solution. There is no problem without solution.
