Even these things seem simple, if you miss them you will struggle miserably with life! I realized them and I am recovering now from old ugly life! and still there is a resistance to go back to old life but I think practicing these daily will help us to adopt them permanently!

Reminds me of when I was 20. I bought a house and was hyper focused on paying it off. I finally did it after 15 years. But now at age 36, divorced and with 3 kids, it feels so empty. Must be a primitive survival thing that pushes us.

The mantra is - Spend time with yourself with less distraction & observe for what you are passionate about ,You will find your answers when you connect with your inner self, calculate it + plan it and make a bold step to follow your passion.
