Why you should avoid Autopal H4 headlights 

I tried these as a replacement for the Hella H4 headlights in my Volvo 480. They were sold on eBay for 20 Euro each.
I expected them to be of a cheaper construction but not this bad. The supplied bulbs are rubbish but I can live with that. What is more concerning is that the lens has no good pattern, there is almost no cutoff visible. It will dazzle oncoming traffic and probably won't pass a technical inspection (APK, MOT, CT, TüV, etc).
Fortunately the seller gave me a full refund without the need to return so I could finally store them where they belong: in the bin.
