Hi nash. Great content. When buying land is there any criteria to consider in terms of utility connections? Or can any piece of raw land handle new utility install
Ive been looking into builing my own park. Before building your park and while picking a property what do you do about zoning? What hurdles did you have to overcome and how did you overcome them while trying to get a property approved to build on?
Hey Nash so I got a couple questions. Does the 7700 profit, or from the 7700 do you have to pay electricity, water and tax? Do you have a video on how taxes work for something like this property? Lastly, how long is the average person renting a spot for? Thank you for the advice!
Hey Joseph, $7,700 is the gross income. Thats before expenses. TX doesnt have state income tax, we just deal with federal tax which our bookkeeper accounts for on a monthly basis. All renters are long term - 6 months and up
Very helpful video.. I've been going back and forth with what it is I want to venture in too... I've been going back and forth with this (RV park) or laundry facility...
Glad you liked it! Ive heard laundromats do well but it may require more upkeep & management. RV parks don't typically require a large amount of management depending on how big they are. Wish you the best on your journey!
@@NashMancino well my friend if I do end up going the RV park way I definitely will be contacting you. I learn a lot from your content... Thanks again..
Great job on this footage Nash, hopefully find the right location. Am continually looking. Will you be building another location soon? Great info! I think this is a great time to have an RV park seeing all the crazy rents around the country.
Hey Malloy! Good to hear from you. With time you will find it. Yes, Josh & I are currently in the works of constructing a new park! & I agree with your statement - I think long term RV Parks will become more and more common. Still hoping to visit TN in the near future.
How do you go about screening who's renting from you? Or what kind of paperwork/contracts do you use? Have you had to evict someone or deal with renters harassing each other? Are you always nearby to solve these issues or is there a management company that could be used? Cheers!
