lately i started gaining some weights after coming for vacation from collage 😂 Cause Ofc mum's food 🤌 hehe So as my Mum said , "Loosing weight does not mean stop eating food. It means eating correct food". Soo i hope you don't force yourself. And get back to normal diet as soon as you see any problem ❤❤
hey klaus, a muslim here and we’re fasting everyday for a month cause it’s ramadan, i hope you don’t mean that you won’t eat for 3 days cause that’s not as good you must at least eat after 12-13 hours, also even tho salt is really good for your body it’ll leave you very very thirsty throughout your fasting journey so keep that in mind, another thing is breaking your fast with a date and water, it’s gonna feel like the most refreshing feeling ever and it’s so healthy to do look it up, and good luck, i’m glad you’re trying to fast and getting healthier
This comment is absolutely disastrous because you missed the point. It's not about a muslim-centric view that he's looking for (per the latest news islam didn't copyright fasting), and Science has a more nuanced stance. Almost any other type of fasting pertains exclusively to food, so Klaus can drink water a priori, perhaps lime water, no one is self destructive enough to not drink for over 17h (for some regions with late sunset like in your religion). Again don't view from your personal religious rules understanding. PS: "Date".. Seriously? Tryna smuggle a Sunna to a firm Christian believer? With a fact that is non scientifically backed?
@@essersr-7138 what’s wrong with you lol the insane amount of assuming the worst of me got you good, i just felt happy that he’s trying something muslims has been doing for a thousand year, i never claimed it copyrighted fasting, he can eat and drink obviously but is that authentic fasting? go look it up for you to authenticly fast you must do some stuff like not drinking and not eating even if it’s something little, it can render the fasting completely useless, and even tho it’s sunnah that’s not why i suggested it, dates are one of the healthiest fruits ever they’re so healthy to consume after fasting, go look it up and try not to get so triggered when seeing someone talk about their religion lmao
