After regurgitating a pastry, a dish and a candle, then combining them to give them to someone and singing happy birthday is the most genius end to a trick I've ever seen. Magic should lead to the joke more than the jokes leading to the magic. Just pure joy.

You know not all cameras are the huge ones on dollies used in feature films, right? You can have 10 people surrounding the area with....camera phones. Then you can see the trick from many angles to get people's reactions. But go off.

Actually, after watching Chris and Wes' podcast, I know now that the people were told they were going to be on a "travel TV" show because of Covid, they had to be tested so they knew they were on a show, but had no idea it was a magic show. On the plus side, they didn't have to use hidden cameras. But these guys are also huge haters of camera tricks, edits, and CGI.
