Why You Should STOP Overthinking... 

i feel ya, kinda the same. you kinda need to experience it untill you reach your own balance, you know, just do something practical or try to relax when you feel that you're thinking too much. Let the thoughts float away like they were clouds. And you know, i found out that the brain does not accept the negative, if you tell him "don't do it" then he's obviously gonna do it so accept the fact that you're like this and have faith that one day you will think less than today. It doesn't matter when, it will happen. That is certain. After all even Brandon Lee said it: "it can't rain all the time".

Same it’s so exhausting!

I did for most of my life, finding god has helped me but I understand for a lot of people that is not within their beliefs, maybe try to pause for a moment like once a day and breath and tell yourself that the time you have here is precious and that what will be will be. I think that is almost similar to the act of a prayer whilst not having to speak to something that you may not belive in. And if you do have a belief pray (atleast twice a day) it helps so much. Life is tough but can be beautiful if you learn to take a moment to stop and look around then atleast you have that once or twice a day to look forward to :) hope this helps

And this also took months for me to start feeling okay so it takes ages but it is possible

i was like almost 3 days awake before yesterday, almost called an ambulance. couldnt turn my head off, like fr. i always had mild insomnia but this was different, it felt dangerous tbh. much love to everyone, i hope yall good!
