This LOOKS simply AMAZING... BUT I think you didn't type the recipe correctly.... I used a measuring scale and measured exactly what you wrote and my dough was nothing close to yours... It was TOTALLY stiff and couldn't be moulded... I had to add more liquid .. please check and correct

So sorry about that but I put down the correct measurements that I used as you may know some flour are heavier than the other. Yes for egg rolls, you can add more liquid if you sence the amount you added won't be enough, just add more before it turned into a dough. Just don't wait for it to dough up before adding otherwise it'll ruin the whole process. Thanks 🥰

How long do you fry it for please? After 15 minutes my own is till not cooked on the inside.

If heat is too high then it won't cook well, just reduce it to medium low heat and it cook perfectly in 10 minutes
