@@BZ007 increase your probiotic intake. Probiotics are in foods like yogurt, kimchi, kefir, pickles, kombucha. Or take a supplement.

@@BZ007You should download his recipes and remedies book. It’s about 75 pages. Print it then get it bound at Staples. There is a wealth of info within. Worth the investment! I used to follow the food combination suggestions back in the 80s. Subsequently stopped, forgot all about it and combined everything I shouldn’t. This message had me at attention when talking about stomach acid. Now I know why I have bloating even when eating healthy.

I'm almost 50 years old and have been a vegan for a few months now. I used to follow diets like Body 4 Life, Atkins, Paleo and Keto. I've tried Keto for chronic pain. I honestly don't believe that diet is good for all people. I got sicker from Keto as well. Juicing, and following Dr. SEBI's advice has helped.

My adopted son who is now twenty seven ate a handful of raisins when he was about one year old. Went to sleep and in the morning woke up not breathing properly. Somehow a raisin went in the wrong way, lodged in his nostril and was pulled out as a big green grape! It was unreal. I just thanked God. We didn’t know how he slept with that clogged nostril. Even with that experience I never thought about the body having to rehydrate these dried out foods. Wow.

Just wow. I live for this channel right now thank you so much Dr. Price. When I turned 60 my body just completely said I can’t go on like this anymore. Inflammation arthritis diverticulitis a disease in my sigmoid colon tinnitus fatigue. I am done I am making the change.🎉🎉🎉

I've been eating more melons, but eating them after meals almost like a dessert. Now I know to eat them on an empty stomach. I learn something important from each of your videos. I have your book but haven't finished reading it yet.

Thanks Dr. Price for mentioning the importance of not drinking during meals, 30mins to a hour before or after meals because in the mouth the saliva secretes enzymes that accompany the (Bolus) foods as you swallow and liquid of any kind breaks the bonds of these enzymes (Amylase, Protease, And Lipase) which help your body breakdown, carbohydrates, proteins and fats, therefore best practice is to not drink during your meals to optimize digestion,nutrient extraction and prevent bloating and gas. Thanks Dr. Price for all your doing for us. 🙏🏾

I have noticed it is absolutely crucial for me to have enough liquid for the food in my system… so lately I’ve been drinking lots with my food which helped me digest better… but I might give it another try (did it before) with rather drinking before the meal and watch my digestion.

Post menopausal several years. But barely 52. The last 3 years I've been slowly having more issues with my gut. I eat pretty well (cook 90% of my food) but admit during school had a little more processed foods than I'm used to. I'm a new certified Holistic Nutritionist and determined to heal my gut so I can help other heal theirs. This video was just what I needed. Thank you for what you do. Yes, thank you-food combining explained perfectly. Listen, I’m a witness that if you combine the right foods and remove man made processed foods, you’ll definitely lose weight. I did it and it really works. I ate really healthy even gave up dairy, sugar, and wrong carbs and I had to eat in order to stop losing weight after a while. It fell off when I combined the right foods for digestion. God bless 🙏🏾

Interesting! As soon as I finished eating, I would drink a glass of water. I have been told it helps to digest the food a lot faster. I guess I was doing it totally wrong. I didn't know you were to drink about an hour before meals or 30 mins after. Ugh! Everyday you learn something. Thanks for the info. Your vids are always informative.

Thank you, Dr. Price for this info. I'm 76 years old and have suffered from GERD. I was taking omeprozole for years. My PCP put me on it, and I took 20mg daily. Several years later, I went to a gastroenterologist who told me I needed to get off that medication because it was hard on the kidneys. I am now only taking one a week. I am hoping in a few months to get off of it forever. I have changed my diet to vegetarian and am looking to go vegan at some point. Thank you for the tip about eating fruit first thing in the morning.

Update I finished the book. It is awesome! Did the 3 day water fast and it took away my sugar cravings. I have been intermittent fasting and eating healthy. Lost 10 lbs at doc visit yesterday. I need some more vegan meals I can make on my own. Thank you! Thank you! You are God sent!

Please, Please, Please can you do a video on food consumption: how much should we eat per meal and in a day???? Some of us are coming from bad habits of “eating everything on your plate” and some of us cannot comprehend “eat until your body is satisfied”, eat 80%, etc. I do have you book but haven’t read through it all yet. This video has literally just saved my life from years of frustration and being told that I have eczema for years and the creams prescribed by dermatologist never has healed my skin! I remember eating over a friends house for dinner whose family was from Sicily. Little glasses were placed at each place setting at the table with a small kraft of water in the middle of the table. They drank nothing during dinner. When everyone was done eating, they filled their small cups using the kraft of water, and drank. The glasses couldn't have held more than 4 oz. I thought this was so bizarre that I remember it like it was yesterday even though it almost 40 years ago.

I'm 60 and have been a vegan for 6 years. I walk 2-3 miles every other day. I'm in the process of waiting for my detox teas but in the meantime, I decided to do a fruit cleanse on melons but it's making my stomach hurt. I've never had issues eating fruit before. I also have acid reflux, gerd and IBS. I had to fast the beginning of the week to prep for a colonoscopy so I figured once the procedure was done it would be a good time to start the fruit cleanse but It feels like the fruit isn't digesting

I've been in a digestive nightmare for almost 20 yrs now. It is a horrible way to slowly die. Malabsorption ~ removed gal bladder & grapefruit / softball sized tumor removed with no info given about short gut syndrome after gi surgery. Literally saved my life to slowly kill me. Glad I found you. Where do I find real help with "how" to eat . Right now I'm trusting my " gut" with intuitive & simplest eating.

My Aha moment was the grape 🍇 vs the raisin. Your explanation is so simple and fundamentally understandable; my only hurdle is the horrible habits and mental retraining. I eat well, but not always well combined meals at the right times. But, your videos are helping mentally, so I'm implementing the changed behaviors and soon I'll see the success in my diet that seems so hard right now. Thanks so much, for all you do. 😊

Dr Price you are LEGEND! On a daily basis I suffer very severely from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Gastritus & Gastro Oesophageal Reflux Disease which govern my life very negatively! Making meal times an absolute nightmare! I take 5 different prescribed medications daily for this but your video is an absolute BLESSING & has taught me A LOT of very important information! Have you got a spare room to rent in your house in the US cause I’m coming over from London, England ASAP! 😂 🤛🏾🤩💪🏾👏🏾😍🙏🏾

Digestion starts in the mouth. We need to eat slowly, and chew are food thoroughly. The stomach is the size of ones' hand; overeating and stuffing the stomach with too much food will always cause indigestion. So, do not overeat. Peristalsis moves the food into the small intestine; so food does not sit and ferment in the stomach.

Greetings. Dr Price. You are truely a blessing. You went through your health issues for a time like this. Many nutrionist give info, but yours surpasses them, that's my opinion. Throughout my life, I was deemed the healtiest among my siblings and family members. Of course my eating habits are different from theirs to a great extent. But now with your teachings, even though I am a vegan, made me realise that years in the past of eating wrong or even now combining foods the wrong way can cause serious health issues. I ordered your detox and is awaiting its arrival. I feel strongly thar my gut needs detoxing. Thank you for sharing . Will really like to come to your farm and get some fruits. I live in Lake Wales Florida. I have a garden and is trying to add new veggies and fruit tress to my collection.

Thank you for the great information Dr. Price. I've been diagnosed with gastroparesis, so my digestion is definitely slow. The food combinations was an AHA! moment for me, as I notice I digest better if I just eat one thing at a time , instead of a meal. When we drink (even water) BEFORE our meal, it will STILL dilute our stomach acids. It's BEST to drink 30 minutes to an hour before or after meals.

This has been my whole life and my body has been begging me, even as an ignorant child. I need a moment...a tume out, so that I can shift and re-group my existence again. Good stuff. I like how you teach. You explain the ho what why where and how. I love that about you! I must say your videos along with another dr who teach along the same lines have given me knowledge to where I have had 3 no inflammation days since I was diagnosed with lupus. I’m so grateful. I’m 33 years old & been unable to digest food over the past few days. I experienced random stomach aches over the past months (maybe once or twice a month where I would need to vomit) but now it’s become severe & I can’t even digest my food. I’ve had to drink fruit smoothies & if I eat solid food I have to chew until broken down entirely to avoid vomiting. Even still, I experience stomach pain digesting. I need to retrain my body because I’ve been living very unhealthily the past years. I’ve ordered some “calm gut” supplements to help with my gut. Thanks for the tips.

Thanks I'm just beginning this journey and the video is helpful. thanks! This is my third week and it not to hard, because I have been a veggie eater all of my life. But my weakness was sweet! I am reversing the fruit for the sweet. I rarely eat go out to eat because I know there were so much toxin in the food that being served. My niece share a video and I have been hooked ever since. I am working on getting all the tool to help me to prepare daily for success. I was a chicken meat lover person and making this switch is not as bad as I thought. I thought I would get hunger, so I am learning to change the food that help to satisfied. I encourage all to share the videos you never know who life you will change and save. I planning to do the detox and order the cookbook next. there is a lot to consider, not only a physical, mental & spiritual change. everything starts in the HEART! God Bless!
