Why your self-love keeps falling apart.. 

Hello Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial. On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people. While the "gorgeous" and well off seem to be the most arrogant and greedy people out there. Of course that's not to say there aren't beautiful kind people out there. I've been in the process of change for a while now and I have made some decent changes. It's great seeing yourself level up. I saw your profile and it intrigued me. I wanted to learn more about who you are and what type of path you would like on in life. Can we talk?

I’m 68, have several chronic illnesses (the most current is acute Lyme a broken shoulder, and I fell my son is in jail for going off meds and into a Lyme rage, and can find comfort in your channel. focus on yourself and what makes you feel good

Apart from love from my parents, this is how I feel, taking time to read this comment I nearly thought I wrote it , it's hard feeling alone , maybe we rely on ourselves because we don't need people to depend on , we as lone souls have strength to carry on , and it is hard sometimes craving love and appreciation. Some people have what we search for, but if they lose that will they have the strength and solitude to carry on being us ❤

Wow! I'm truly not alone! Thank you for sharing part of your story. It's so affirming. I know we'll be more than okay. We haven't met all that people that will love and adore us. We have got to hold on and keep prioritizing self love, self joy, and spotting the right people for us.

I feel like when you deal with .. almost in my own reflection of what youve said- imposter syndrome, nothing will ever be enough no matter how much you work you put in- it wont satisfy, because discipline can be overplayed, (being that it releases dopamine) It just wont ever hit the same way as it did the first time, when ofcourse thinking in reflection towards yourself. Ive been thinking about my inner child alot and almost dividing me and her so i can really pay attention to her needs without comparing them to me now, and it seems to help alot. Just thinking about your needs being a child that can only do so much with what she has in the moment, which is not much but what she has been taught with the things around her, being that she is only a child mirroring what she sees & experiences. It helps alot seeing myself that way because as a child, the only thing you can truly understand are emotions, specifically love- being its attached to all your interests in some way or another. See yourself as your own child, wanting to do everything possible to accomplish that self love and healing that she so much wants for herself even though she may not have everything she needs to do it, Adult you has the consciousness of free will and the ability to understand that things wont get done unless you do them. Im not sure if this makes sense but (,: i hope it resonates some way
