Running my boat and going thru the basic startup procedure of an old marine petrol engine.
The sound is recorded with an aputure mic and the picture with gopro hero 4 black. The sound is distorted when the mic is to close to the engine, probably by the old magneto spark system. Sorry about that, try to make it better next time......

Yea, and i wish i had endless time and money. Then i would just run old motors and machines all day. I LOVE IT!

Nice to see Wickström engine used in sweden. I think most of the latest Wickström engines (W-series) were mainly sold only in Finland.

Hello Jethro and thanks for the interest. The boat is sold. With 2 small chillds it was to hard to manage a wooden boat on shrinking spare time. I now have a plastic boat, and i hope some videos of that is coming:)

Me too. I absolutely love them. It would be great with a yanmar diesel too. I live where we have several large rivers and lakes. This type boat would be perfect.

Really enjoyed seeing your boat. Is that steam coming out the exhaust?

SLRS I would guess the exhaust is water cooled so it isn’t too hot through the hull.

Hello guys! You are both right, the exhausts is water cooled, and that makes the steam. Really cool in cold humid days when i almost make my own fog :)
