a few things i've done to my focus that i would recommend would be: - Fswerks Exhaust - Focus Power Tune - Cobb Rear Motor mount - Cobb Exaust Hangers - Steeda Rear Sway bar a stealth Fsweks catback would probably be the best choice for her as it is not super loud. and please do the tune for drive-ability purposes it makes the transmission act how it should from the factory Tom at focus power also has great customer service. i also have some vids of my car on my channel if you want to check it out!

@@LibertyWlk the rear motor mount will prevent wheel hop when taking off from a dig. And i dont think i would recommend the axle back exaust because you are only changing about a quarter of the piping where a cat back you change about 3 quarters also im pretty sure you have to cut the stock and weld in the ford preformance one.

THANK GOD you said you are not going to do a RS clone, As a SE owner myself i would totally suggest the FSWERKS race exhaust for her car since you are speaking of doing a exhaust set up on the car next, it will give you that loud aggressive sound but it does come with a bit of drone at the higher speeds on higher RPM range other then that its a great forkin exhaust

those spring compressors aren’t scary like people say. and the springs aren’t that compressed. or have that much energy. yes they have energy but it won’t shoot off crazy like that.

Personal experience of mine says otherwise, they can cause lots of damage if you aren’t careful. We had a lesson a few years back when I was in high school auto shop about sprung tension

The cheap ones that are a lot smaller are a lot more shit. This compressor is the type a shop would use its good quality and was made for the exact job you just need to know how to use it.

alexpakha shops have a whole spring assembly/disassembly machine. Believe me, I’ve worked at 2 different auto repair places. Nobody uses these except for very odd situations

If tightening the sway bar while the suspension is under load doesn't work, get some adjustable end links. My brother's Volvo had the same noise from the sway bar after lowering springs were installed and the extended end links fixed it. Also, I feel your pain on that bottom strut collar, the Volvo (ford owned at the time) had the same thing happen and we had to absolutely beat on it to get the thing loose. I actually had to put a piece of steel in the opening of the collar and thread the bolt in up against the steel to open it up a bit and get it back on.

Next step is battle aero front splitter, side skirt extensions, a rear diffuser, and a chassis/hatch mount wing from battle aero as well.

I think you should do a simple lip kit to add a front splitter, side skirts and a more aggressive diffuser. Paired with the exhaust the car will come out sick!

I just put lowering springs on my Ford Fiesta I had a problem with the drop links if you jack the shock up the drop link springs up and allows you more thread hope this helps 🤙🏽🤙🏽 cars looking fire bro

I had the poppy sound too with my racelands. Ended up being where I reused the top hat and didn’t use new bushing/cushion between the top hat and coil gave the poppy sound.

A trick I use when taking off the front struts. I take the bolt from the spindle, put it backwards and on the gap put 50 cents and tide it. The bolt is gonna push against the 50 cent and spread the spindle and come off easy

I painted the underskirts the same colour of my Ford Focus Rally edition. It optically made the car look a lot lower to the ground. Would look amazing here too.
