The plaintiff is raising the issue to attempt to discredit the defendant. Normally, a more efficient judge may demand to skip to the more relevant part about the car loan, but here, Judge Pirro is considerate enough to let them both speak out their grievances, even if they have no legal relevance.
Joshua Chao Judge Judy wouldn't allow it, that's for sure. The case is about a car payment, not about how good (or bad) someone is or was in bed. Judy would straight away tell them to shut up and only listen to relevant facts.
This is only the second Judge Pirro episode I've seen, but from a sample of two, I'm noticing a clear pattern: she purposefully gives *TONS* of airtime to the sensational and juicy stuff that has huge entertainment value but not the slightest relevance to the case and who should win it.

After getting out of a bad/toxic relationship most people "upgrade", unfortunately, it would appear this guy did NOT... I think there's a strong possibility that he, in fact, managed to downgrade instead. I didn't think judge was gonna put up for it long as she did but one things for sure, she wouldn't have made it past her first little outburst if their were in Judge Judy's courtroom. I was kind of surprised that it took the Judge that long to say something to his new wife. I was already done with her after she decided to but in for the first time. I thought Judge Jeanine was going to at a few points especially when the lady started making those immature, childish faces. When she did you could see the Judge look at her with that side eye type of look. I started writing this about 2/3's of the way thru the video so I wrote "I don't understand how Judge Jeanine didn't tell his new wife to shut the hell up!" and of course basically as soon as I was done the video reached the part where she finally said something.
makitokai not even. There was never any claim of anyone "forcing" him. If a woman walked into a court room and said, "He wanted 3somes and I didn't but I did it anyway" people would make fun of her. I just find it funny that this guy thinks he can say "I said yes but I didn't really mean it" and genuinely believe he is right and people would take his side, but a women wouldn't even try it because we KNOW that argument would never be humored.
Sure, the new wife is extremely obnoxious and dramatic - but her anger is coming from a legitimate place. Plus - I'm sure she's jealous given that his ex-wife is more attractive, clearly more sexually active/fulfilled, and doesn't have the personality and appeal of a damp log on the edge of a hot swamp.

First of all...if this case is over a dispute for unpaid car payments, WHAT IN THE HELL does them having THREE threesomes have ANYTHING to do with the relevancy of their case? And if the husband REALLY WAS so uncomfortable, WHY THEN did he participate twice more after the first time they engaged in this....threesome. He's a grown man...he could have said no. But no...he saw two beautiful women who were drunk and wound up having sex with them. And frankly, if paying a $10,000 title loan is affecting you being able to feed your children, perhaps you should have gone with a cheaper used car for 2 or 3 grand and used that money for your kids instead of some fancy, expensive car that you couldn't pay for.
I think "this guy" here also reacted happily to the prospect of a threesome (given that he himself admitted that he had done it 3 times). I think he's just trying to use that to hypocritically slut-shame and attempt to discredit his ex-wife while distancing himself from those past actions.
