I don't get it. If the "police" advised the plaintiff to have this down payment agreement in writing so the defendant could drive the car, then why state $600 changed hands instead of $350? Why not just say "Defendant paid $350, with the expectation that $250 (or car's total value) will be paid at a later date."
When a girl is hooked on drugs and her provider (in this case a douche woman bashing bf) hits her, he can be hitting her all her life as long as she gets her 'free hit' of drugs. I blame the bf. Drugs are evil, women especially should never try any of them.

I'm a libertarian and I hate all sort of local/central government. But people should have to apply for a license to have kids. People without money to support their children, criminals, drug addicts, etc. should NOT be allowed to procreate.

The past histories of all the plaintiffs and defendants on this show are far more interesting than the cases themselves... real winners of our society. Most of the people on Peoples' Court and Judge Judy have somewhat normal lives and are so boring by comparison. Pardon me while I go throw up now.
At 01:50 we see the defendant was supposed to be the godmother of the plaintiff's child. Why do women misuse such important concepts as godparenting? These women are too young to fret about godparenting and they are young enough to take time to wisely select the godparents, something that must be done with thought and care. But no, these immature women just jump in and do it, because they liked the FEELZ of the concept, and we now see that their friendship is over as quickly as it was formed. But we knew how immature these girls were when we saw her gangster boyfriend and the other one with the large arrest record.
Do these women just hang out around jails waiting for there next love to come out? Maybe they should try libraries and museums and they wouldn't have this problem.
Both girls are involved with boyfriends who've been arrested for multiple offenses, but somehow they turn on each other and end their friendship...so sad...they could have leaned on each other & got rid of the garbage men in their lives...big mistake~!
