What is special with North Indians?😂 you are telling as if we born in UK royal family… everyone eats with hand only when it comes to rice… unless wanna do some show off like that guy😂😂😂
I am a kannadiga and we eat rasam rice like the smooshing way as well. My white American husband eats our way too 😂😂😂😂. My family says I've trained him well
So proud, an indian, for using hands shamelessly and with all pride, while current modern India is vouching towards modernisation by just being slaves to Western culture. Loved the usage of the mother tongue here and there, lets teach all the Indian languages to the world, one word at a time 😉
There's nothing like that.. you do what's convenient. Students in kerala still use hands (the same smooshing rice full hand use) while in Delhi students use hands for roti and spoon for rice.. all depends on what is the most common food and situation.. imagine not having a water tap and eating full hands😅
@@sassy_llama5909 We do use spoons in schools or in public places.... Just because lots of places don't have a proper tap for washing your hands. And I think there's nothing wrong with that.... At home everyone uses their hands only....
As a pahadi from Uttarakhand we are eating with our hands since ages. The spoon culture was introduced by the British adopted by the modern indian people of cities 😅
I'm a Bengali and I love to eat my daal bhat alu bhate or alu bhaja the same way with my hand and also by mushing the rice the same way.. it's so comforting
I’m African-American and I’m just beginning to explore Indian food the last maybe six or so years I just found your page today and I can tell you already you’re gonna be one of my favorite creators❤
I'm in the UK, and can I say how delighted I am to have found your channel, I love it! I'm really enjoying your tips & tricks too! I'm now a subscriber and looking forward to catching up with more! Thanks again!
Southindian mandatory rasam and rice with papadam or chips makes my food super tasty and complete and drinking rasam with hands is entirely bliss❤.love for rasam from Tamil Nadu
I can’t live a day without rasam in the lunch( most of the times even in the dinner also). Lovely part is Rasam tastes different in every home n states as well. 😋😋😋😍😍😍
Thanks for posting this on RU-vid! I'm from Maharashtra and I currently live in France. I had European friends staring at me in somewhat disgust when I made varan bhat for them & proceeded to eat with my fingers. Especially when I also licked the lemon pickle with my finger. Now I just invite them over for pasta lol 😅
I love the way you are so proud to show the way you eat and that’s exactly how our ancestors eat. Even science says that eating with your hands is good for you.
I am Bihari and love to eat my favourite dal chawal with hands only....and btw i first ever tried rasam in my brothers hostel and i am in love with it oh got super delicious 😋🤤... can't even forget the flavour of it ❤😊

As a north indian i have always ate dal and rice with hands only if its a formal gathering than i eat with spoon But honestly I love eating with hands ❤❤
Trust me and trust me with utmost sincerity....There is no need to put everything from Shitting in the morning to washing utensils in the night as a video in social media 😂
We odia also eat our food with our finger. It's really satisfying. Actually whole India had this practice. I don't know why we are forgetting our roots and adapting thses western culture.😢 😢😢😢
