Try to hold your pitcher differently. The wiggling is not easy. A good combination of milk flow and a good posture should help.

Hey Lazarus ! I use a 20 oz milk jug for every cup over 8 oz !

use the right amount of milk in the pitcher first measure the milk using the cup and steam it nicely… aeration should be done for 3 or 4 secs then slightly up the pitcher and focus on stretching the milk i mean swirling it
