Wild Camping on a rocky summit. A first wild camp in 2015 and the long wait due to injury was worth it. Amazing sunrise and Sunsets as well as a nice little inversion. The Trossachs at their best and again Ben A'an delivers the mountain and loch views.

Another amazing video. The views from the top of Ben A'an are mind blowing. I went up in the snow and was gobsmacked how beautiful it was. I would love to give a wild camp a try up there after seeing this. Those clouds rolling through in the morning is something I would love to witness.

Loved this. I've been privileged to witness a spectacular temp inversion from Ben A'an. Climbed it 19 times but never camped out up top. This inspires me to do so, maybe between Xmas and New Year. Great photos.

My wife wanted to do this as part of her bucket list before she turns 50. Did it yesterday with her and the conditions where almost identical. Thank you for the idea we saw a great sunrise and and amazing cloud inversion and oh my god the Milky Way.

One of my favourites, without a doubt. What an experience this must have been! I love the two quotations you used: the Eleanor Roosevelt one in particular resonates deeply with me: Throughout my life so far, I've always striven to collect as many experiences, visit as many places, and meet as many different types of people as I can. Stumbled across Ben A'an on a walk today, with my intention having been to just go to Loch Venachar (I ended up having a very nice drive past Ben A'an, Ben Venue and over Duke's Pass back towards Stirling. Had a check online, and been stunned by the little hill with big views! Going back with some friends to climb soon. Thanks for your video, really captured the picturesque views perfectly. Can't wait now.

Ben A'an along with Suilven, Stac Pollaidh, Heaval and quite a few other ought to make the Munro baggers think again about confining to Munros! Great film again, the drone shots really add to already great videos, it gives a definite professionnal feel! I can see you're getting more and more comments but still manage to reply all of them! In a nutshell : Keep them coming (but I've already said that!)

Beautiful part of the country, that. I've stayed at Tigh Mor there a few times. Up 3 flights of stairs, mind, so a wee bit of a climb! Just wondering how, at 9:00, how you managed to track the movement of the clouds while doing a timelapse. Clever and beautiful!

Just watched this again, your photography is superb with the drone. I haven`t done much`hill walking, mainly just kicked about the Pentlands, do you think Ben A` an is a good starting point for a novice ? Enjoying your Channel. Cheers Scott

Ive not seen any vids for a couple of months Murray, so I thought it would be good to see what your up to, errm wow! superb film and what a place I never been there mate its stunning!!! the bag you got for the Phantom looks just the ticket, does it feel ok on the pack? and I seen this kind of filming from the Phantom off a guy doing Ben Nevis in the snow, is it a program that tells the Phantom to follow you? anyway mate its the best wild camping film to date, wonderful :) Tim

+savedpurplecat Hi TimThanks - hope myou liked it - The bag was a non rigid one bought from Amaazon - its done ok (so far)- my only concern is it may not protect the drone as well s the rigid but its lighter!! The intelligent modes are the reason I opted for this, was going to go for a 3DR until this cam out as its a slighter less expensive option (still bloomin expensive!!!)Got lots of plans for this (one of which you beat me too with you amazing shots of the CMD arête :)ATB Murray Wild Camping in Scotland - The Trossachs and Ben A'an ( Phantom 3 Drone )

Hi Elizabeth - if you look on walkhighlands their excellent webpage gives the start points in google maps - its a superb resource :) good luck and I would recommend getting there early as it will be busy and the car park will fill up fast :) Take care and thanks for watching ATB Murray
