Congrats, man! This game is not easy at all... had a hell of a time just completing it with both characters for footage.. ugh, just got wrecked and barely lost toward the end of a level way too many times.
Skunky48 absolutely! I’ll be sure to include a cool montage or two and really let the game shine because it’s super exciting, really.. very cool. Btw, I grew up with the two power ranger beat em ups and recognize some sounds.. even though the Natsume label is not on the cart or box since Bandai was the toy company affiliated publisher or whatever, I looked it up and Natsume totally did develop those power ranger games! Have you played those and also noticed??
@@MarMaxGaming No way, that's an awesome find! I did some speedruns of the first Power Rangers beatemup for SNES for a 'learn fast' race and had a lot of fun. Never submitted my time to a leaderboard, but enjoyed it thoroughly.
Just finished this game casually, and decided to have a look at a speedrun out of curiosity. And hoo boy, you'd better believe I was impressed! I had no idea the lasso was that useful (didn't even use it at all), and I didn't realize until watching this that it's specifically shooting enemy bullets out of the air that fills up the V-Gun meter. Maybe that'll help me clear Hard without the frankly embarrassing amount of rewind scumming I used on normal...
Absolutely, the lasso is extremely useful. I'm so glad to hear that you're going to give it a go on Hard. Such an awesome game with surprisingly deep mechanics.

Hey, I don't know who you are but I want to tell you that you will not be able to beat my record and it is that I do notice that you lost 6 seconds in the speedrun, so I am going to perfect my record and reach that time and it will be 20 minutes and 14 seconds.
That's awesome that you are running this! It's a super fun game with many cool mechanics. I know I lost some time in many different spots in this run. Could you tell me exactly where I lost the six seconds? There's a new strat that saves almost a full minute that is not used in this run, so it shouldn't be hard to beat my time. Good luck!
