Icy scepter has seen far less use since they changed the magic pen. Losing 7% for the cc is a hard sell on most champs, especially if you pull ahead. I remember when icy and liandrys were practically one item, but that was due to liandrys activation requirement.

Well on lilia, it doesn't matter too much since her q deals additional true dmg, but for most of champ, yeah it does matter

Yeah it’s definitely a dent in the item but still a must pick on someone like Morgana tbh. That item can lose allll its damage and health it gives but the slow is just too good for her for most situations. Especially if the enemy has a lot of engaged

Being able to buy boots first now and still have a fully stacked Rod at the same time as before was a much needed buff with how quick these matches are these days.

WR kinda ruined my taste for mobile MOBA, I can't seems enjoy any other MOBA like HoK or ML anymore... WR still feels better in term of gameplay IMO... But the MM is dogsh*t af... Maybe its some kind of punishment for being late to the party, Tencent had an offer to bring this game into a mobile back in 2015 and Riot just like, spit on them
