Wildcamping in Scotland with SUBZERO WHITEOUT EXTREME CONDITIONS in -15 WINDCHILL
In this video myself, Tom and James head to Scotland to take on a camp on Meall Nan Tarmachan. The hike up starts from Ben Lawers carpark and then the path heads up into the mountains. It was a tough hike up with around 600m or so of ascent. There was around 20cm of snow but in some places, it was knee deep. On the summit the wind was blowing and creating spin drift, so it was eventful pitching the tent up. It was complete whiteout conditions when pitching and going dark, but we woke to an amazing sunrise. During the night the temperature got down to -6. Then it all comes to an end, and we must drop the tents and leave. As always leave no trace. I hope you enjoy this video as much as we enjoyed the camp.
Big thanks to Tom & James for doing some filming. You can check Tom & James out over on Instagram.
