Next time try and hose your abs down with some cold water. I was on holiday in august and did hundreds of pushups in that week and the cold water definately helped recover my chest and shoulders💪
I really appreciate Jorg, He does these 30-90 days challenges, gets fit then leaves and then does it again to reach the same point. But it's always fun to watch these vids. Love em.

Jesus Christ is the only way to be fulfilled. I'm writing this as I just had an encounter with Jesus the Almighty God. I was being tempted by demonic forces. I fell into temptation, and I ran away from the Lord. This hasn't been the first time. I have been on a on and off cycle which seemed to be an endless. But today, I feel called to share this testimony. I watched a video which really opened my eyes while I was still "hiding" from God. It touched my soul to the point that I fell on my knees right away, and begged for forgiveness and guidance. This was beyond anyother feeling I've felt while repenting. This one felt true. I had been like mad at God for being dumped by my this girl I was talking to. So this was a way to be tempted by evil demonic forces. I would get intrusive thoughts, and I kept trying to solve this feeling of being dumped on worldly things. And let me tell you, it only makes it worse. If you're someone who is not sure if you're saved, or if you are saved, but have been going through these on and off cycles such as porn, or secular music(which are other cycles I've been having a difficult time with) I want you to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. If you don't know what to do, I want you to get on your knees, and pray this prayer with your heart: Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and was ressurected on the third day. I believe you came to the Earth, to pay for our sins. Thank you for dieing on the cross for my sins, in Your Name, I pray, amen. I don't know who is reading this, but if you ever fill an empty whole, which cannot be fulfilled, the only way to fulfill is by Jesus. When you turn your back on Jesus, you seek everything other then him. All worldly things, will never fill that hole. God Bless Yall! ❤

I want more challenges like this with "every day people." I love the videos, but I don't feel like I can do it with how out of shape I am. Seeing someone like Enzo doing this challenge is a great change of pace! This helped motivate me more than your normal videos. Keep up the great work!
@@mnm9788 yes, absolutely! I finally started focusing on myself again, and I’ve lost about 10 lbs from my first post. Still have a long way for a goal, but slow and steady indeed does win the race in the long run!
My buddy and I are 9 days into this challenge and I feel I'm already seeing results! Thought it was all hype but honestly it's crazy to be making a noticeable difference only just over a week in! Can't wait to finish and also see the results of 90 day challenge! This is the video that got me to subscribe!

I can't lie, you've got me to do this challenge and the 30 day push ups one too, but ive just adapted them so i can train athletics and rugby. I'm on day 2 but i know it will be my mindset thats the challenge but I've got future goals in athletics and this is 1 step forward. Thanks for the inspiration.

Ive always been very skinny with a low body fat percentage and o just started a 180 day 200 pushups per day challenge day 1 didnt feel the burn till around 50 pushups. Surprisingly with just 1 day ive noticed my upper abs slightly more visible. Man i just wanna say thank you i saw this on my feed and i wanted to try it out and i cant wait for results on day 180

Enzo is relatable. I literally cant do sit ups or push ups to save my life. I'd struggle with this, but I oddly really want to give this challenge a go, not sure how I will do this on my 13 hours shifts at work though
Been doing this for the past 2 months sinc this was uploaded. I’ve kept to it everyday, and I’ve noticed how much leaner I look, despite eating similar to before I began. Thanks so much for inspiring me to push myself!

I actually tried this for a couple months, no abdominal/core pain or soreness whatsoever and just a stronger core, sorta defined abs. I only did this because i enjoy doing situps, HATE puships.

Motivation is real I got 5 minutes into the video and then decided to get up and do my own 100 sit ups in the middle of the night It only took me 5 minutes give or take but I’m gonna aim for everyday from now on
I'm trying this challange, but with a twist! I'm going to try to get 150 sit ups, as 100 was easy. Im doing better than expected, given that ive never done a serious ab-training. Im still sore, and I've done them in 25 - 30 sets. This is the first time I've been excited to work-out. I'm motivated, I'm eating better, and most importantly, I'm happy! I completed the 150 in 5 minutes ❤

I did a similar challenge during the pandemic where I would do 200 pushups or more every day, and I saw much improvement for the 7 months that is did my routine.
Hey @browney! I´m from mexico, and I´ve been following your trainings! doing pushups and most but I can´t keep a diet!! would love to be trained by you remotely as a father of two it´s impossible to go to gym!
The part about the challange making them more prone to stick to healthy habbits is a 100% true i fell way more motivated to excercise when i actually storted to look out for what i eat because if i am already watching out for what i eat and take proteins i might as well excercise
It really hard to endure the pain because beginner body are still on adaptation part, but just like captain America body are already adapted with the pain making it easier. Btw good vid ❤❤❤❤
I have 2 packs and imma do 200 sit ups a day for 31 days I hope I get 4 or a 6 pack but I will keep the grind up and I have to do the things I dont want to do to get to a better spot
Since the situps don't burn much and the skinniest guy didn't also do the bike, he gained weight in muscle. The other guys added the bike and lost. I think the bike loses weight, situps add weight.
After watching your videos I am currently 11 years old I did 100 jumping jacks per day I did for 1 year and a 3 months with a diet I think u made huge progress I gained so much muscle
The Enzo overall fitness vid was my fave, so impressive! This one featuring an extremely fit participant is so discouraging. You can predict his responses, feel bad for being so judgemental, and have them confirmed all in the same video! I'd be done the first time I heard "but it's so easy!" 🤮
Make them do 15 minute planks in one set and two sets of 250 sit-ups every day. Not only will they have a much more significant burn, but the planks will drastically improve posture.
