I say arrest Wendy! This is the oldest trick in the book. Getting others to do her dirty work. Im not buying her family, blah, blah, blah. When my son got married, he told me straight up, butt out. My son was 23. I was very proud of him that he put me in my place and put his marriage to his wife first. Her divorce was between her and Dan and she used her family to help get her way.

STS is my life line for doing boring chores like, cooking, laundry, dishes etc….It’s so awesome having company.

Mr. Singer is wrong about the reason that Wendi gave the "no-contact" order to Jeff Lacasse. It wasn't to prevent her from saying too much, it was to create a reason that he might've been driven to murder. She even suggested it in the police interview with Craig Isom. It's idiotic, but it makes sense in the Adelsons' narcissist minds. "He was so upset at being without me, and so upset at Danny for hurting me, that he was driven to murder. Yeah, they'll buy it." She didn't speak to Danny right before his murder because she might've had a moment of humanity, and had second thoughts. So, she phased him out before the murder.

Sadly, we have been hearing about her potential indictment for so long yet no action has been taken. It’s been almost 10 years and that evil witch and her despicable even more evil mother have been roaming freely when they deserve a death sentence

Dan Markel's two sons are old enough by now to be personally investigating what happened to their father. On July 29th, the firstborn son turns fourteen. The younger son was born in 2010, so the two brothers are quite close in age. I mention this due to experience, as a crime occurred within my family when I was eight years old. This was long before there was the convenience of the internet being an endless encyclopedia, for sifting through information. By the time I was the age that Dan Markel's younger son is now, "private investigation" all about what had happened was already thoroughly self-propelled, regardless of how many untruths were kept afloat. There is a primal need to understand and to know what is true and what isn't. Really, there is. I'll bet that these boys have been looking into their tragic early-childhood circumstances for several years by now and learned early on to keep their hunger to find the truth AWAY from their surrounding "grown-ups." Also, rather notably this evening, Mr. Singer said that Wendi is a sociopath. That observation of his wasn't given any response by Joel or the other two fellows, but it really does appear that Wendi's mother (etc.) launched a pair of conscienceless, bitter kookies who've followed in Mommie Dearest's footsteps, plus one son who managed to get away from the family entirely. I hope that Dan Markel's sons are fortunate enough to have someone close to them who is genuinely trustworthy and have faith that their dad is watching over them. Their forced separation from their father has been too cruel. Bless those boys and may they have strength and fortitude.

The thought of harming another person is horrifying to me. What does it take for an entire family save one to agree that it is OK to take the life of another person? It's off the charts awful.

Explain to me how the hit men would know Dan's schedule if not for Wendi? She is the only one that would know, so why is she still walking around free?

I have a feeling that the entire “profer”, Katie’s defense, Tara Kawass’ “passion” for defending Katie are all a sham. Let’s not forget they did not want to reveal who paid for Katie’s defense, and the fact that DaCoste, Kawass, and Rashbaum are all listed under the same business address. Charlie’s and Wendi’s defense will be to blame it on Katie and say that “hey, she even offered a proffer and the state didn’t think it was enough”. Katie will be the scapegoat and she is so stupid that she doesn’t realise it. She is still represented by Kawass and DaCoste for crying out loud. Wake up Katie! And wake up Sigfredo too!

One day her boys with grow into intelligent young and they will find out the circumstances surrounding their fathers murder and will start to question what really happened. A loving mother and family would not do this. Justice for Dan.

Wendi would never take the witness stand in her own defense. She is a lawyer after all and surely knows that would be suicide.

I believe Donna will very likely be arrested close to the trial, and upset everyone’s apple cart.

The reason she bought Bulleit bourbon isn’t bc she was trying to be able to say “why would I do that if I did it so I must be innocent.” It is bc she thinks she’s too smart to get caught and found it poetic to drop hints. Fanciful fiction, if you will. Have you read Gone Girl? It has her MO written all over it. She’s THAT type of woman.

I cannot believe she has not been charged. I am counting the days. I cannot wait she deserves to go to prison.😢

How many of you have had laryngitis? 🖐️ I don't know about you all but, from the start of my voice slowly beginning to getting voice crack worse (1-4 days), to having no voice at all (2-3 days long), to getting my voice back (4-5 days). That's ALMOST 2 weeks. Wendi is lying, she KNEW and was all behind Dan's murder.

If I were an Adelson, I'd plant myself on a show like this, pretending to be against her, but simultaneously defend her, and promote her interests. I'd even say that she's a bad, shady, lying, evil person - but I'd able to push the overall narrative that she can't actually be convicted. 🤔

Those poor kids 😢. I didn’t realize there were so many narcissistic people out there. I was married to one, and these murderers are so similar in their thinking and behaviors !! Frightening!!

Wendy seems like the great manipulator, a narcissist in fact, her testimony too smug, her wild staring eyes, she convinced her brother that her ex was a monster.

This is how it went down on the day of the murder. Wendi has knowledge from Dan that after he drops the kids off and been to the gym, that she and Dan are going to talk about something to do with the kids schooling, this is important information for Wendi because she needs to know his preplanned route runs are actuated on the day the Adelsons planned to have him killed. Once this is confirmed to Wendi she calls best buy, but best buy only have Donna's mothers number on her accounts, so they call Donna. Thia part right here was to covertly notify Donna that Dan's movements that morning are confirmed and to take action your (Donna's ) end. Once Donna had greenlit this info to Charlie, Donna then went on to covertly communicate to Wendi that "its on" by organising the TV repairman to visit wendi's house, also providing her with an alibi. Well thought out in the fact that no incriminating evidence was in any conversation between Wendi and Donna, but the word TV was used as code by Donna to Charlie, 2 years later during the bump, a time when they thought they'd gotten away with it.

It's very difficult to choose a favorite STS panel because you REALLY do have the best guests, all of the time. However, if I was forced to choose - this panel is absolutely phenomenal, love them all and will never give up hope that both Wendi and Donna will eventually be arrested for their "alleged" conspiratorial contributions in the plot to murder Dan. Justice for Dan Markel!🤞💫

I love that this channel covers in-depth content on Wendi. I believe there is an abundance of evidence to convince me that she is guilty of murder beyond a reasonable doubt. Shine the spotlight, guys!

I know a reason why WA appears guilty, that I have not heard online, nor have I read in comment sections. Did anyone notice that after she testified the first time, and exited the witness stand, she was stopped briefly by Judge Hankenson and a brief conversation ensued. If you look closely at WA's demeanor, that girl couldn't WAIT to get out of that courtroom!!! I don't think she heard a single word the judge said.

The way the Adelsons managed communication was a big part of their downfall. Instead of avoiding Dan I think the smart move would be to call and leave a nice voicemail to set up a conversation about the school enrolment. But then I agree that Wendi has poor impulse control like a lot of people with certain types of personality disorders. There is probably a gold mine of incrimination in the jail phone calls. I keep going back to the circumstances around the transaction for the murder. A smart person would not use someone that they had a relationship with (Charlie) and hung out with (Wendi) but they did not think that through having gone through life avoiding consequences for other transgressions. Again, personalities are important for understanding their actions. Charlie strikes me as far too impressed with his mastery of all aspects of life. That goes double for the “domestic coordinator/mischief-maker” that is the Sun Moon and Stars of the Adelson Universe. Wendi seems to be incapable of covering her guilt - strategic questioning will trip her up and I am confident that she will reveal her guilt. An innocent person would naturally soften their opinion about an ex-husband and father of her children, but Wendi is incapable of that and could be tripped up. I agree that people like her are not credible except to those they hold in thrall. She may be so confident in her ability to charm everyone that she will insist on testifying at her own trial. Wendi had her lingering divorce issues resolved with brutal finality. As for Dan ruining Wendi’s career, she did not need his help doing that. She has not been a success in her post murder career, has she? Wendi is a reflexive or is it compulsive liar and they are easily tripped up. I’ve done it and have seen it done. Sometimes they reveal themselves with little prompting. The “I don’t remember” statement is a hallmark of that sort of person. Wendi doesn’t wear clothes; she puts on a costume to present a perfect persona for the situation. Don’t underestimate the IT or tech guys SA Samson, but me, I’m biased having been one. Wendi didn’t care how the divorce and murder affected her children and has continued to treat them as pawns. Truly sociopathic. I speculate that Donna and Wendi continually bad-mouth Dan with his sons. What lawyer would think that a broken screen is a warranty issue. #TVisCode.

Don't know if you mentioned this and i missed it, but Lacasse testified she canceled their trip they had planned, i believe to meet his parents because she was worried their flight home would be delayed and she wouldn't be there to pick the children up. They were to be back by the 17th and she was to pick her boys up on the 18th.

Donna uses children to meet her needs in the family not the other way around where adults are supposed to meet the child’s needs. Classic NPD dynamic. Very harmful to a child being raised like this.

About the school “wheel”: When did she first submit the kids names? If she did that before her 2 week trip to S. Florida, (she certainly must have) it was probably designed to harass Danny and later forgotten once the hit men were hired. If on the other hand it indeed was important to her and an innocent gesture, why did she call Charlie instead of immediately returning Danny’s call about the school?

I also agree no way Wendi would ever testify, although we would all love to see it. It would be an amazing cross-exam given the dynamics of three female attorneys. Wendi couldn’t play victim as she loves to do. On KM, I do see what Tim is saying about what the defense can use if they put her on the stand. No way should that verdict be overturned, though. However, if she has some big info and it can independently be corroborated with texts, emails, etc, maybe she’s useful? Georgia can say she knows she’s lied but that the contemporaneous texts etc prove that particular thing is truthful? 😂

Wendi took many opportunities to demean Dan on the stand...you can still feel the anger after all these years. You can only imagine the HATE she had for him the moments and days before his death. Her profession and reputation were on the line. He was taken out by the Adelson family - as a collective.

Just a note…there is a reason that submersibles are normally round. Even pressure to the hull of the vessel. When I heard tube…no way I’m getting into that!! At that depth especially, not even half that depth to be honest.

I am watching this after Charlie's verdict of guilty has been read. It's so fascinating listen to how legal minds work. I do think Donna will be arrested and charged and found guilty. I don't know if there is enough with Wendi but I do believe that now that Charlie is facing life, he may try to flip and give them Wendi... Hell hath no fury like a narcissist pinned in a corner

Maybe there was an inside joke within Wendi’s close friends, given how we’ e already seen evidence of how she just can’t help herself. I’m thinking about the BULLET bourbon and the big party Wendi was going to right after Dan was killed. It could be that Wendi was prompted to drive by the crime scene so that they would not have all been celebrating prematurely, and wanted to give confirmation of it. The partygoers have probably all heard of the joke Charlie wore out, and it may be more than a coincidence that Wendi shows up with the Bullet Bourbon.

Dan wasn’t speaking to the school when he was shot, he was speaking to his friend about the school. Not a big deal, but those are the accurate facts.

Great content. I think everyone understands Wendi at the least was complicit...unfortunately I don't think the evidence is there to prove beyond reasonable doubt. I think Georgia should give it a shot though. RIP Danny

lmao I can't believe this list isn't done yet. I am not complaining though - love the content, have watched every video going over this list and can't wait for the mom to be arrested. Something that hasn't been discussed on all of these roundtables though is the impact of race. I personally feel like that has an impact on this case as well. The minorities were arrested, tried and jailed immediately yet they took forever to even indict Charlie who is obviously the ringleader as well as his mom. She is still out due to her age and race. That's how I feel. Wendy won't ever be indicted and neither will the dad.

One question I have is: if Charlie is acquitted, what does this mean for Magbanua's conviction given that the conviction was based on her association with Charlie and his involvement. I can't make sense of a world where Magbanua gets life for being paid by Charlie to orchestrate a killing but then Charlie is found innocent of paying Magbanua to orchestrate a killing.

I can see how some attorneys lose their moral compass when it comes to personal gain. Attorneys with an ethical framework is a comfort to the heart and mind of an observer. 😊
