I found this to be true in my case. I started this DNRS program two months ago. I can laugh more and really find so much joy in the little things. A hummingbird came to my backyard for the first time in years and I was looking out the window at that moment doing one of my practice rounds and happened to see it and I was so overjoyed it brought tears running down my face.
Super true for me. A couple days into doing DNRS I went to a park to do my rounds (in order to switch up my morning routine as recommended). I remember when I stepped back into my apartment afterwards, it was like I was seeing the whole place with brand new eyes. It had previously felt so heavy inside there, but now for the first time it was completely light (I can't even find the words to properly explain it). It was like I was stepping into a super comfy hotel room instead of my apartment. My mood had completely shifted, and I was seeing things as they really were for the first time. It was remarkable.
Absolutely true in my case! Even before my energy returned and I regained my health, my spirit, mood, and emotions became lighter, each day brighter than the last as I let go of so much psychic baggage in the process of limbic system repair. Thank you Annie, thanks DNRS!
This video is awesome! Wow! Excited for new DNRS content 😍 Can’t wait to share this with others who I’ve recommended the program to. DNRS is amazing and has helped me SO much!
I have a question about this... what if we WANT to be in a space of staying with those difficult emotions and moods and let them pass through... as, if you chose to see things this way, an important component of emotional healing. Will it be possible to do this and do DNRS? I'm in a place where I'm becoming acclimatised to uncomfortable emotions like sadness, and wish to accept and be with it. Being in a constant state of joy would not feel natural to me or appropriate for where I'm at. I am interested to hear any responses to this question. I am otherwise able to enjoy life in spite of my health condition. Thanks for reading!
Great question, the goal and outcome of DNRS is not to be in a forced state of joy all the time. The program helps regulate a maladapted “fight, flight or freeze” response by creating new, optimized neural pathways. You are taught how to increase awareness of unconscious trauma patterns in the brain, and methodically establish significant, effective changes in emotional, thought, and behavioral patterns. The successful establishment of these healthier neural pathways can then support more optimal function in all major systems of the body. We recognize that we are human, the program will not make you superhuman and we have a variety of natural emotions. The program does not encourage "avoidance". The science behind everything you’ll be practicing is fully explained in the DNRS™ program, and you’ll get the understanding and practical tools you need for recovery. The exercises are all clearly demonstrated for you, and you are given a reliable “recipe” to follow as you implement these methods into your daily life.
Great question! The in-person seminars have been suspended indefinitely at this time. However, we remain passionately committed to delivering access to the DNRS program in the most flexible, effective, and helpful ways possible. We offer optional, additional support services that have been specifically designed to assist you from the comfort of your home. Rest assured; you do not have to do this alone. We are here to support you every step of the way! If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact or client services team at info@retrainingthebrain.com.
@@Dnrsystem People learn best in different modalities and environments, I need other people near and dear to work with in person. I do not work well alone. why are you not gathering in person? If your answer is a lame excuse of “Covid” still???? Then you’re not my people!!!!
Thank you for sharing your learning style and how the program would work best for you. We will have our client services team reach out to you with more information to see how we can support you.
@@MaryellenS.13 I agree! I’ve been looking forward to DNRS having the in-person workshops at beautiful getaways for ages now. Figured it’d be a great excuse to finally make a visit to Canada. But it seems they’re putting their attention on all the other online Zoom programs they launched instead of the in-person workshops. This makes zero sense. The U.S. and Canada have finally lifted most of their travel restrictions. And since everything closed down during the last lockdown I’ll go crazy if I have to sit through yet another Zoom meeting again!
