We cannot compare our lives to a millionaire's life. She is worth $250 million. It is so irritating when celebrities offer us lifestyle choices from those who have bottomless pockets. And not everything recommended will work for us all. By the way, Will Cole is a vegan so his diet recommendations probably reflect his lifestyle and food choices.
We have to take Will's information lightly as a person must factor in lifestyle, medical issues, and most importantly BODY TYPE! Paltrow is tall and has always been thin just like her mother -- it is her body type that helps her stay as thin as she is. She is 5'9"!!!!!! Also, when she referred to "intermittent fasting" notice that she fasts between lunch and dinner! Most of us FAST between meals!!!! And one will not die if they do not have the same types of bowel movements daily. Many bodies do not work that way!!!!! Also, fiber creates gas so may not be possible to consume as much fiber as he recommends.
