It’s really simple. They need to be born again. This even brings into question people “choosing”. We don’t choose to be saved. It’s granted to some hence if God decides to regenerate some and not all, who are we to answer back to God?
The answer is very simple. When Jesus said that we needed to be born again, He was speaking to adults who had sinned and were dead spiritually. Babies can not sin. Thus, the bible/God always refers to babies as innocence. Remember, Rom 6:23 says, "The wages of sin is death," not the wages of a sinful nature. Therefore, when babies die, they are some of God’s elect, and all of them go on to be with the Lord.
We are born spiritually dead, we don’t grow into becoming spiritually dead🤷🏽♂️. Look at the people who were killed during Noah’s flood, there’s a very high probability a lot of babies were killed then. Does that mean my point is proven, no, but it’s something to consider. If God wants to regenerate every baby before they die young, that’s really up to Him but since this is not a question that is answered explicitly in the scriptures, it’s not one we need to worry too much about. God will save whomever He wants to save and there’s nothing we can do to change that
@ben.duffour You are wrong. Paul said in Romans 7:9, For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. So, babies are spiritually alive when they die, thus all babies go to heaven.
@@vichibbs4652so what you’re basically saying is that there was a time where we were alive; since that’s how you’d interpret the text, and then we died and then we’re made alive again?
