I can see the potential for this in situations where the area of the brain to be electrically stimulated to produce an action, can be pre-determined by a brain scan of the individual (as in a finger movement or eye movement) but in the case of abstract ideas, my understanding is that these these concepts are not mapped onto brain areas in the same way. With effort, I can mentally visualise a cat or the word "cat" in my head but I doubt that is "mappable" and therefore transferable to another human via relatively simple electrical stimulation of pre-predicable areas in their brain? Interesting topic though guys.
