How about a word on Jokubatis and what they've are looking at doing with him? Heard he's coming over for summer league. Could there be a spot on the team for him?
Was just going over the current players on the team in this ep but I did touch on Rokas a couple eps ago and we're for sure gonna do an episode on him at some point! He has a style that I think would fit like a glove as Brunson's backup

I think that our front office has something on the pot involving methods that Miami used to sign Bosh and LBJ. Not that they are going to bring in a completely different team but using the bird rights of our free agents to go over the cap ultimately but to do a trade/sign and trade before that to add another great player. Maybe it’s Bridges, PG, etc. I think our ONLY need is another big 2/3. An upgrade over Dvo in size and defense while still being a threat from 3. This way Dvo can FEAST on bench players and our bench can get back to being one of the best in the league.
Ppl always seem to somehow forget the new age business landscape of the NBA and its business savy players. While yes major pay days are the flashy headline. Taxes endorsements and long term after basketball investments are far more lucrative for smart players these days. Gone are the make as much money as you can while you play mindset of the 90s and mid 2000s players. More than ever players are looking at the O.Gs of the game and seeing how they are taking there long term approach to life after basketball. From Lebron to steph and KD to igudola to even kobe. What a team can pay you isnt as attractive as winning potential endorsements and the connections you can make after basketball with said money 3 teams have all the intangibles in spade L.A with its weather connection to hollywood Golden state with its winning culture and its connection to Silicon valley And NEW YORK city. From its marketing and branding, star power, its new culture and potential to win BiG. And its long term connection to the elites of business. A "pay cut" in NYC with a winning NY culture allows for team friendly deals. Brunson could leave "100M" million on the table and off set that with a 100M+ sneaker deal that could only make sense from an en endorser stand point in a media market like NY as apposed to utah or okc. That same 100M can then be invested into business deals and investments that he could get in on at the group floor of any of the many many furtune 500 companies in NYC potentially turning that 100M into 500M+ after basketball From a randle standpoint. Its almost time to reup on your sneaker deal with sketchers which he is the basketball ambassador. Which gives you more leverage to turn that into a 100M+ deal with potential shares. Being a major piece in a champion or contender knicks sqauad or handicapping yourself and the team to be great getting traded to being at best a 3rd option on a team on the west. In a small market no after basketball investment potential?? Lastly im not 100% sure but im fairly confident. Brunson randle hart dante isaah O.G and bogi all want to retire as knicks and be part of the cities culture. They know getting rings in NYC does more for there legacy than winning in say a Dallas or L.A a miami or even a Cleveland. The knicks are in the sweetest spot you can be in in pro sports. The are one suddle trade. And few committed players ( assumed team friendly deals) and the retirement/decline from a few players. From being able to put the league in a strangle hold. 2 years away. The bucks went all in with aging stars and are too top heavy. Indy isnt atteactive enough in free agency. The sixers have a 2 year window. As does boston. ( they have hit the ceiling) the mavs hav a 2 year window denver is over GS has a small 2 year window. The TWolves the knicks orlando and potentially the spurs are the teams of the next 5 to 7 years.. so the knicks getting 3 rings in that window is not out of the question.
