Will my old OFF-GRID location work? Bushcraft Base Camp - Bushcraft Explorer 

Here is the problem: I have no place to work on my Bushcraft skills where I live now. So I approach an old friend to get permission to use his property, but it has been trashed by vandals which is a set back...
Should I go forward? - or should I decline the use of the property?
