Will residential property fall in 2024 onwards. Looks like we will see a drop in prices. 

Property prices have peaked as rates are too high and people are concerned with their monthly out goings.
All this is mainly due to the fact that inflation and interest rates are too high.
In fact we are seeing a general fall in rentals ans commercial property which is leading the fall will fall further.
Inflation is actually on the way up not down so this will further exacerbate the situation .
