The Constitution needs to be amended. Men are always victims when it comes to divorce in Ghana which isn't fair at all. Planning to coming out my 'toxic' marriage. You're doing a good job. Thank you.

I get your concern but these are laws made by Parliament and not the constitution. And these laws apply to both men and women equally anyway. Men can claim alimony, and women can too.

It depends on your circumstances and the circumstances of the woman. The court is not there to punish the wrongdoer in the divorce.

The court will not deny her alimony just because she committed adultery.
