Well, i believed Tiana's live action will most likely came around, probbaly around at least 10 year in the future if they had a plan. Current future plan for the Disney Princess include Little Mermaid live action which will probbaly around 2022 and after that Snow White and the seven dwarves live action was also on the list of future live action movie.

Unfortunately, I feel like right now they don't wanna do anything with her while there is so much to to cover and explore when it comes to Naveen and Tiana, as this video explained. In my opinion, it would make for a great series. It has been over 9 years since the movie came out, meanwhile princesses who have been around for way less time have gotten several (mini) movies and series. Disney showed that she's not a priority.

Helvetica09 IKR! Especially since she’s the only African American Disney Princess. We didn’t get to see her beautiful self for a majority of the movie. It was a little disappointing.

I figured out why she turned into a frog. The spell backfired because she wasn't an actual princess at the time. It's a funny little joke Disney tried to pull but not sure they should have done that with the first black princess.

Plot hole. Dr facilier died in the first movie. And his “friends on the other side” were pissed at him for failing so i dont think they would want to work with him again even if he was alive. But the other parts of the plot i think would be interesting.

That sounds amazing! And I personally believe that Tiana would choose to stay in New Orleans, since not only did she work her butt off to become a her restaurant’s owner, but also because she has no place in Maldonia. She doesn’t want to be a princess, and Naveen can just fly her out when necessary or fly to her. He’s a prince after all!

@@YellowBear-kx1ff if I wrote it. It wouldn't be a literal prince. I would like to see her have a second plot delema of two suiters. Travis and someone who meets the "dreamy prince" idea. Threw the movie she kinda has a bet on being independent with a group of folks who gossip about her while she is talking to Tiana and she challenge s them by a bet of her being able to be independent. Tiana tells Charlotte she doesn't have to prove anything to those people, but Charlotte goes to try different jobs. And it hits a Montague of her working a bit but being fired or her being declined. The next scene is her sad and sulking a bit but looking threw the news paper as travis walks by. He takes notice of her then they kinda talk and he ask "Why not ask Tiana for a job" Charlotte shakes her head and explains "Sugar, this is my bet. If Tiana helps me. Then i would be using our friendship for a gain. I couldn't do that." Travis takes a momment to take in the words and perks a bit explaing he could get her an interview with his boss for office work. She objects a bit but Travis says they are on friendly terms and the boss would be the one to judge her work. Once she enters into that line of work she gets a bit of a handle on it and even goes to Travis explaining she got her first paycheck from her work. In a few small pieces Travis ask Tiana for littke bits of advice but he takes notice of things Charlotte likes and sprinkles small gifts or gestures to help her. Then from the work the "Princely" guy would enter. He see's Charlotte and quickly starts flirting. And she responds semi professionals with a bit of happy for a handsome client to take intrest but she has to keep working. Then the sub plot starts where she spends time with the Princely guy and shows she has developed a friendship with Travis. While that also shows Charlotte starts knowing Travis's preferences for things. During that is shows how the two are diffrent on the Prince guy givinf gifts and likes quick buy solutions. Then with Travis he enjoys things that are more thoughtful or work to get sort of things. Different parts Tiana and Charlotte talk about the development and Tiana and Naviene notice Charlotte likes the feeling of how people enjoy her work and the people she meeta. After a while of time the Princely guy offers her marriage where he would have her at home and she wouldn't have to work or lift a figure in his care. Then Travis finds out as she tells him while they take a strole. Travis removes his hat nervously and tells Charlotte he wishes the best for her and if she left their work. He was so happy he had her to brighten his day while she was there and he appreciates the work she put in. Charlotte takes in his statement in awe. She walks out tward Tiana's Restaurant and comes across the folks who used to gossip. They smile and say they are amazed. Charlotte smiles half heartedly as they make seperate and she sits down at a Table to talk with Tiana on how much the experience has ment to her. Charlotte looks at Tiana explains how the more she is around Travis she see's how him and Tiana are both hard workers. She finds that a great quality. Then when Tiana ask how she feels of the Princely Guy he shows up at their table. The ending would be where Charlotte wants to be after the her new experiences on things she decides for on herself.

@@YellowBear-kx1ff he would be based from Charlotte's prince preferences plus what is considered handsome in that particular time frame.

Why not both? She can use the money she save to build her restaurant and still be a royalty to boost her income and also become famous to get more customer (Especially, before the great depression).

@@Maria-B21 True she could do both, I'm not saying she couldn't, but why not have a Disney princess who works rather than rules? She could also open a restaurant in her kingdom so she can do both and once she and Naveen have children, she can take a break and raise the children, but it would be interesting to see Disney take a different approach with their princesses to encourage little girls to follow their dreams and find happiness in what they love doing. @@AliAngelpie, yeah, I get your point and it's good, but Tiana is not just an ordinary citizen anymore. Your point is only applicable if that person is not a royalty. Tiana has a chance to do both and it's really a waste of opportunity/impractical to not do it. Why would you let go of something if you can just do both?

I think you are spot on. Prince Naveen and Princess Tiana stay in New Orleans and his younger brother Ralphie grows up and marries another and rules Maldonia. I think Charlotte and Travis finally find love and Louis gets his chance to be human and play in a band but not without making some kind of sacrifice to stay a human.

She got tired of always being a hero and got curious to see what it's like being a villain by meeting Drakken in one of his schemes when trying to stop him.

Valerie Needham Yeah it’s a plot hole that I’ve had with the Shrek movies for probably the longest time also if Charming was really the only one meant to rescue and break Fiona’s curse (at least according to Harold and Fairy Godmother) then what was with all those other Knights who attempted and failed to do the rescue?

Did you see the movie? That was a huge plot point, ever since the very beginning of the movie. Of course you might have missed it, but it was Tiana's father who had the initial dream of his own restaurant, and when Tiana grew, the dream became theirs. The name of the restaurant came from Tiana making sure the restaurant wouldn't be just her father's, but hers too - that's how the place got its name.

Also it would be super cliche for Charlotte to be with her best friends brother

Um.....that would actually be pretty creepy. Charlotte is about 21, and Naveen's brother is only six. By the time Charlotte matured some more, the younger prince would still be a child.
