An aside on ...Into the Knicks verse a guest on the podcast claimed that Stephon Castle measured 6'2.5" at the combine I find that incredible.

The only UConn all time greats you missed being so young are Tony Hanson and Corny Thompson Mark. (The Duke guy not putting Hurley and Laetner on his all time team). Tony Hanson deserves to be in all time conversations. He single handedly brought us to a sweet 16. Pioneered CT high school players going to UConn. AND was the most prolific scorer in UConn history. (I'm taking into account there was no 3 point line when he played). And a really nice guy too.

What's up with AK and his decision? FYI UConn DE Erik Watts was signed for $240,000 UDFA highest paid contract of all Jets UDFA's.

It’s gonna come down to The wire. My guess is he stays in the draft and rolls The dice he’s had a great combine

I’ve been saying this for a long time. As in decades long time. Why do conferences need to be all or nothing? Let football and basketball be in seperate conferences. Ice hockey seperate for the schools that have it. Soccer and baseball can have their own leagues. Olympic and women’s sports, let them play in leagues where opponents are a bus ride away, save some money.

Why wouldn’t they just merge and have a powerful basketball league and keep football?

These are the questions right? Football Coaches and programs want their cake and eat it too.
