Low cost carriers and full service carriers charge a certain amount of Rs 1000 to 2000 per sector ( one way journey).
A child which has completed 2 years , even a day extra will be charged child fare (2-12yrs).
Low cost carriers charge the same adult fee for child fare also but full service carriers charge 60-70 percent of the adult fare for children.
More than 12 years is considered to be an adult in both low cost and full service carriers.
