Have you been struggling for awhile to get a good lather with Williams Mug Shaving Soap? Well, you aren’t alone. And maybe you did get a good lather once, but you can’t keep it consistent. In this video I show an approach to Williams Mug that works with badger, synthetic, & boar.

Nice shave. I've used Williams since 85. I was a submarine sailor and we weren't allowed to use shaving cream in a can. So when we had to shave, it was wet shaving. Williams was the ticket. I would put 3 pucks in my mug, microwave it for 25 seconds. It would last a whole 3 month patrol. I still use it when I travel. Thanks for sharing. ✌

Nice shave! Williams can be a fun soap to work with but it does dry out my face. Interesting painting technique. Worked very well.

Crackin’ shave! I love my Wee Scot 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 too. My initial reason to purchase the Wee Scot was for travel only, but it’s way to fun to lather with to keep that bad boy locked up in a Dopp Kit. Cheers from your neighbor to the South! 🍻

Bradley C haha hey neighbor! The Wee Scot is highly underestimated and will never be relegated to just travel duty, though it’s definitely right at home doing that. It lathers so well and is comfortable to hold I’ve been loving it.
