@@chumzsoles4317 It's going to be different for every athlete and vary depending on the training goal and what the athlete is prepared to handle on the given day. Focus on using good technique. If technique starts to break down stop immediately. The goal is to never have a breakdown in technique. If you do these drills without proper technique you won't get much of a benefit and could get injured. These are drills to improve running and jumping. If you don't know if you are jumping with good technique. Then you aren't using good technique.
