Also if you can definitely add some beans doesn’t matter if it’s red kidney beans or white cannelloni or black beans or chickpeas!! All of them are perfect for this dish and will give you healthy Fiber and proteins especially for vegans and vege but for not meat free people you can also add small pieces of chicken breast meat and then eat this on the side of the plate and other half made full of rice or groats or any grains you could also add some nice oven cooked crispy cauliflower pieces the possibilities are endless trying few of those combinations are a must !!💛☝️💚🥰😇

To make this a complete stand alone dinner, some chopped bacon, prosciutto, pancetta, or sliced sausage/chicken would be fabulous. I do prosciutto, spinach, onion, & garlic or Italian sausage, kale, onion, and garlic. I never thought to add the tomato.
I had this idea to do wilted spinach and tomatoes from my garden that I have way to many and then I typed in to see if actually someone did this recipe to me being not surprised it was already done by people so I added everything and I’m just finishing I just turned my stove off😅☝️😌 tomatoes look little mashed but that acceptable plus before this I actually did fry salmon fillets which look and taste soo good so I wanted something healthy to put on the side of plate that why I had this idea about spinach and tomatoes plus I have groats or however this thing is called instead of potatoes my mum is on really healthy diet because of her fatty liver disease and many infections that she’s been going through lately I have also fatty liver although our liver is said to be healthy it’s is the need to get rid of the fat to stop accumulating more fat and then leading to actually disease 💙🧡💚❤️☺️😊nice easy recipe that you can do with just remembering every step without the need to have a look on video while cooking to see what’s next comparing to many other recipes that give you headache 🤕😏🤔😁
