Win4Icom with Log4OM2 using Virtual Com Ports - Amateur Radio 

If you want two bits of software like Win4Icom and Log4OM2 to be able to control your radio at the same time, you need to set up a pair of virtual com ports as well. Here is how I did it, hope it works for you.
