Happy Halloween you two! Just wanted to say great video and thank you for sharing your experience with us. Also wanted to thank you for putting together such an awesome Halloween commercial video. We were the ones who put the Halloween museum together as well as created many of the props and decorations you see there at the Winchester House. We watch your commercial video all the time with our son to enjoy some fun old Halloween memories together.
The Winchester House did one truly, truly great Halloween haunt in 2019--top-notch, almost nothing I would have changed about it. And in the year since, they've put together some really great atmosphere and fun attractions on the property, as we see here, and the house itself is obviously a world-class environment for a haunted attraction. But once you get into the house, the actual haunt is just...okay. Don't get me wrong, the 2022 show was certainly not bad, and the 2021 revival, while quite weak by comparison, was laboring under the restrictions of having been developed during the height of the pandemic, so it was a heroic effort despite its limitations. But they weren't really remarkable compared to similar haunted attractions elsewhere. I really wonder what happened to the creative spirit (pardon the term) and verve of that show from four years ago--it was a real accomplishment, but they've never approached those heights since.
