I have been trying to get a job at WinCo in my city for years, the patience has finally paid off and I have an interview tomorrow morning. I am so excited to take my customer service and cashier experience to a new level and hope to learn such more that I can add to my skills.

The benefits is better than other places. I'm glad I have the opportunity to watch this video and it's a great ESOP benefit. Every time I went to Winco the employees are pleasant and helpful. Winco is one of those grocery stores that you dream about going shopping cause there is a variety to choose. 👌

Nice, I might be applying to a store opening up here.(Escondido, CA) From what I understand it's a awesome work environment. I worked retail for a Wal-Mart before, had helped build the store as well. Was an Overnight Stocker. It was a decent wage and position. Loved the competitive work me and co-workers had going. To see who.could do it better and faster. WinCo seems like it would be a great place to work. Wages are better, medical and dental coverage. Looks awesome.

6:41.... Yes but every company offers this exact same thing. As a matter of fact most companies 401k plans are better than winco's. With the company I work for now I have really great benefits (fully covered co payments and and only 10% co-payments on major medical procedures and medication). And the company I work for will match any 401k. So that adds up in my favor very quickly! So I gotta ask, what's so great about the winco benefits?
