Al is by far my favorite fisherman that I've been watching since I could remember as a kid. I now work in a bait shop and get to talk fishin all day long. LINDNER THE LEGEND!

So good to see one on my fishing hero's still getting it done, When I started bass fishing we had a small bass pro shop in town rented a vhs tape that had Al Linder fishing pads with frogs this was in the mid to late 80's. I think I wore out the tape it was one of the most encouraging videos I ever saw at that time.

I went to the river back in March to do some bald eagle photography, and the winds were screaming. I thought for the heck of it, I'd take my rod and a chatterbait. On the third cast i caught a two pound smallie. So yep, windy weather is definitely smallie time.
