Don't get too comfortable about Toyotas not breaking down. I've seen my fair share of them pulled over, broken down, bogged, etc. I've helped a lot of them get going again too. Don't ever think your vehicle is not going to break down. It will. Don't drop your tyre pressures for gravel roads. All that is going to do is reduce the life of your tyres. Dropping tyre pressure is only for surfaces where you might otherwise lose traction for forward movement. All that is needed on gravel is to drive to the condition of the road ahead.
Last in the area Sept-Oct 2019. Road conditions similar to your video. Overall pretty good although Windorah - Birdsville was better driving on the outside edge as 4 weeks' previous was the B. Races. All the vehicles had chopped the road but smoothed the edges. Bonus for me. Your video road pretty good condition, too. Will be back there in a couple of years' time. Safe travelling to you.
