I’ll always go out to the home. I like to document any broken glass,screens or hardwater. Also allows me to meet up with the homeowner. I am only a small business so that’s what works for me.

thank you. I branded Knight not knowing what I was doing. it wasn't completely awful but not great either. I branded LTWC just about 2 years ago and had more fun with it. Since the channel has grown and we have created so much content for it we decided we should just merge the two to simplify things.
the simpler for your customers to find you the better there's no confusion with Luke the window cleaner and if there is i doubt u would want those individuals as clients LOL
Ive started watching alot of your videos and they're very helpful and inspirational . I'm just getting started in the business. I'm needing the pole/setup you use alot to get the window just out of reach. It's the one the flips it has both scrubber and squeegee and also pivots. And you tell me what it's called and where I could get one
How does that steel wool not scratch the glass? Pardon my ignorance. I've done new construction windows some, but never thought of using steel wool. Just used a scraper for overspray. It just seems to me that the steel would scratch the glass?? I guess not though.

If the estimate is far away I get them to email me photos. that way you don't spend travel time getting there. Love to hear what you do for your employee on training. Ive got 4 and basically do on the job training.
Kevin Lacey that is correct. We have rebranded to Luke The Window Cleaner. Yes we have found that pictures are a huge time saver and is more accurate than google maps
That's exactly how I do it ask a few questions than I ask for 4 pictures of the house..only if customers are more than 20 minutes away in my area I go in person..

When you say hired through a janitorial company for commercial ..is it the janitorial company that reaches out to you? or is reaching out to them a good way to find work?
I have been giving 3 package prices for almost every quote. A premium package, deluxe and basic. Close more jobs that way. I usually use Google earth. Or quote in person
Luke The Window Cleaner The Way we do it is still based off the number of windows and size of house but we give them the option for house wash and window cleaning interior and exterior screens and tracks....thats the premium. Deluxe is window cleaning interior and exterior screens and tracks. Basic is exterior window cleaning and screens. This helps land all the different types of buyers in the market. Some people like the full package Some only want to spend a minimum amount so they go basic and most go with the deluxe.
I just book my new jobs over the phone and give them a quote before I start on the day. Just tell them you charge fair market rates per window. Never had anyone turn me down but I’m the best ever and everyone loves me so I don’t recommend this for everyone just me cuz I rock 😎
The same but for some reason I feel that I charge more when I'm looking at the job im person . maybe because I have more of a feeling of how the job ia going to be for me to have done . Does Rihanna have any single sisters??? Jk 😂
