I'm baffled as to why somebody would not properly clean the entirety of the window surface. It's a job. Do it to the best of your ability. If it slows you down, so be it. Is there something I'm missing here?

It's not just a job, its a lifestyle! lmao No, but your question lacks so much nuance. I agree that the job as a whole. needs to be looking great and professional, however, it depends where the windows are, what the customer is paying for, how much time is allotted, how often they will get cleaned, etc. Spending an hour on every single window doesn't make you any money, and your customers wont call you back, so obviously there is a line. These windows looked 100% better when I was done, and that is the main goal when window cleaning for. me.
