Can you please explain why not to shrink towards the cut side and only to the factory side? Does it matter if you are shrinking wet or dry?

I can shrink back windows no problem, but I always mess up on windshields

Some windshields can be tricky cause they are taller in a lot of cases and the corners can round a good bit. I use the same techniques used here on shields as well. If I can, I may try and post a video shrinking and explaining windshields.
