i used a Windows XP machine on a 200MHz/64MB RAM AT Tower for 2 years back in 2003-2005 as my main machine, and a Pentium I 200/96MB Sony Vaio Laptop all the way until 2008 with SP2 when it came out.. I turned the AT into Win Server 2003 ISA 2004 firewall after I upgraded to another PC.

Damn I love Linux Mint 13 I got it on a HP desktop amd quadcore 8 gigs of ram fast as hell!Never going back to XP!

The RAM is not even the amazing part. It's the 200 MHz Pentium MMX... (Sys. Req. for WinXP says 233 MHz P3 min, 300 MHz recommended)
